Delivery

 

All items in our store are only available to Australian customers.

 

For all homewares, delivery is a flat $9 for orders under $150 (per order not per item), over $150 then delivery is free. Orders can also be picked up from our stores (this will have to be advised in advance). Items will be posted within 3 working days. Please enter the delivery address carefully as if items are returned to us undelivered then a $10 reposting fee will apply.

 

All furniture orders will need delivery to be quoted on. Furniture can be delivered all over Melbourne and Australia but this is by carriers not part of Wilkins and Kent. Please contact the stores by email or phone to get a quote.

 

 

 

Availability

 

We endeavour to keep our website up to date with stock availability but occasionally we might be out of stock. We will let you know within 3 working days if there is a problem and when stock might be available. A full refund will be offered if you do not wish to proceed.

 

Faults and returns

 

If there is any fault with an item bought in our online store then we will replace or repair it free of charge including return postage, please notify us within 14 days. If you just simply want to return an item then send it back at your cost in an unused condition in it’s packaging and we will give you a store credit, notification within 14 days please.

 

Security

 

An SSL certificate allows you to have a secure, encrypted checkout experience when purchasing through our online store. Any personal details will be encrypted before they are sent to our site, giving you confidence to use our online store.

All payment details are directed through the NAB Transact payment gateway, no credit card data enters, or is retained in the Wilkins and Kent website.
